Value Added Agriculture West Africa Expo -  Ghana

Supported by the Ministry of Food and Agriculture and Ministry of Fisheries and Aquaculture Development Ghana, Value Added Agriculture West Africa Expo showcases the West Africa Agriculture sector by means of promoting value-added products, and the production thereof, for investment and trade opportunities.

“This event will cover the full value chain in Agric business, showcasing input, livestock care solutions to farmers and agro-processing best practices to increase the production ratio of outputs to input. The show brings together all the major players offering products and services to the industry.”

The Fair was officially opened yesterday morning by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture, honorable Dr. Sagre Bambangi. The Dutch Embassy as one of the sponsors was represented by the Head of the Agricultural Council Mr. Bram Wits who held an inspiring speech.

An Orange pavilion organized by the Dutch Embassy showcased a number of Agric companies from the Netherlands. Also, the GNBCC was present to interest visitors in a separate booth (see picture)

The Value Added Agriculture Expo West Africa is being held at the Providence Events Centre, Accra, Ghana, and ends tomorrow.
