GNBCC’s New Board Executive

Yesterday at the 1st GNBCC Board meeting after the AGM the Board elected its Chairman (President), Treasurer and Secretary.

We are happy to announce that GNBCC has its 1st Chairwoman Mrs. Adelaide Benneh Prempeh, she was unanimously elected as successor of Mr. Kofi Boateng.

Mrs. Benneh-Prempeh was first elected to the GNBCC Board during the 2017 AGM in the Africa Regent Hotel and is within the current Board one of the most experienced Board Members.  Adelaide is the Managing Partner of B & P ASSOCIATES, a corporate law firm and consultancy in Accra. She is also an Advocacy tutor at the Ghana School of Law.

Mr. Harm Ploeger, President of Red Sea Housing Services has been elected as new Treasurer as the successor of Mr. Henry Sunkwa Mills; Harm was initially elected to the Board during the AGM in 2018. Red Sea Housing Services is an international modular and pre-fabricated building contractor operating in the Middle East, the Far East, Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

Mr. Matthijs Widdershoven has been elected as the Board’s Secretary as the successor of Mrs. Brenda Bijen. Mr. Widdershoven is Deputy Director Ghana of Ocean Network Express Ghana Ltd (ONE) and was elected to the Board at this year’s AGM.
