GNBCC Hosts Workshop on Entrepreneurial Development Planning

On Friday, May 24th, the Ghana Netherlands Business and Culture Council (GNBCC) held the final workshop for the first cohort of the Women in Business Program at the La Villa Boutique Hotel in Osu, facilitated by Toyin Dania and Anita Williams. The event featured three masterclasses covering essential business topics, providing valuable knowledge and skills to the attendees.

The first masterclass focused on the fundamentals of business planning. The session highlighted the importance of thorough planning in ensuring business success and sustainability. The second masterclass delved into the world of marketing, with a special emphasis on social media marketing. The final masterclass addressed the critical issue of accessing markets.

After the masterclasses, participants had the opportunity to engage in group mentoring sessions with the facilitators. These sessions allowed for personalized guidance and advice, enabling participants to ask specific questions and receive tailored support for their business challenges. The interactive nature of the mentoring sessions fostered a collaborative learning environment, where participants could gain insights not only from the facilitators but also from their peers.
