Are you a Dutch or Ghanaian horticulture company based in Accra?

Does your agribusiness have a challenge that could benefit from fresh ideas from an intercultural team?

Submit a case for the Horticulture Business Challenge (HBC) 2025 and be matched with a team of Dutch and Ghanaian young professionals who will be tasked with providing a solution to your business challenge over a two-month period.

GNBCC’s HBC project is a two-month internship program that connects Dutch and Ghanaian students and young entrepreneurs with horticultural companies to solve real business challenges. This initiative is powered by GNBCC’s Private Sector Development (PSD) Program, and aligns with the priorities of the Royal Netherlands Embassy in Ghana, particularly in promoting youth employment, entrepreneurship, and sustainable agribusiness.

Internship period: 3rd September – 26th October 2025

Commitment Fee: GHS 1,150.00 (due upon selection)
